I am Mirta Zaliauskas, a visual artist and teacher. Through art, I explore emotions, connections, and internal processes.
My work is born from gesture, body, and matter: I work with mixed techniques on paper, molten glass, iron, and bronze. Each piece is a conversation between the expressive and the introspective.

For years I have shared my process with other people, teaching courses and workshops where art also becomes a space for encounter and transformation.
I believe that creating is an act of resistance and connection with what is authentic.
